ScentLogix™ is the arm of Polymath Interscience (Π) earmarked for the commercialization of tools and products realized from its technological innovations in the cross-science area of biological olfaction and scent detection, and for the application of these tools to issues pertaining to environmental and public health and safety, human ailment detection, social justice, and in preserving the security of the nation, its citizenry and infrastructure.
ScentLogix™ brand products and K9 training doctrine are driven by our R&D activities in biological olfaction and the convergence of these activities with psychological elements of biological detection such as scent perception, generalization and recognition, and those psychosocial elements embodied within behavior-conditioning training processes.

Meet our CEO

David OBA Adebimpe is a scientist, philosopher, inventor, and visionary with over 16 years of professional academic and private sector experience in a diversity of areas such as enzymology and protein chemistry, applied spectroscopy, non-linear optics, human sociology, mechanistic and applied organic syntheses, olfactory science, organic device science and nanotechnology.

His R&D activities have resulted in numerous patents in pseudoscent and non-pseudoscent replacement odors, scientific detector-K9 scent-training tools, and optimizing the operational capability of detector-K9s. As a science contractor to the US government, and using a combination of his unique theories pertaining to mammalian olfaction and the mechanisms of scent generation from materials, David developed the first-and-only official inert replacements to the United States Marines’ Canine Kits for Explosives Detection.  He also invented the world’s first non-hazardous scent training aids for the detection of TATP, HMTD, Dynamite, PETN/ETN, Nitrocellulose, Nitroglycerin, EGDN, PCP and MDMA, Fentanyl, Bed Bugs, and then developed the “ScentLogix™-K9” ScentKit Collection, which currently stands as the broadest collection of operationally-tested non-hazardous scent training aids ever produced for the imprinting and scent-training of working dogs in the detection of explosives, narcotics, guns, mines, ammunition, and biological household infestations.

Based on his knowledge of odor and olfaction David serves as a consultant to numerous agencies worldwide, including the US Department of State, The US department of Defense, the Federal Police (Brazil), The Department of Justice (Australia), Department of Customs (Indonesia), and the Mexican Government, in matters pertaining to detector-K9 scent kit utility, training and certification protocols. As a result of user ratings and K9 performances, ScentLogix™ ScentKits are now regarded as the “gold standard” and “scent-reference” of training aids for working dog imprinting and maintenance training activities. Based on the consistency in performances of these explosives and narcotics training aids, they are now being considered as logical superior replacements to using real materials as training aids & certification standards, within numerous elite military, law enforcement and private working dog programs worldwide.
